Lynn Payne

Lynn W. Payne, PhD, serving as Chief Academic Officer, has distinctive experience in research, publication, design, management and implementation of programs in the fields of management, organizational development, adult education and distance learning.  As Executive Director for Renaissance Strategies, Dr. Payne has worked with colleges and universities in preparing for accreditation, developing processes and policies for compliance and continuous improvement.  Dr. Payne has served in various roles in higher education such Vice President of Education, Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, Academic Dean and Professor.  She has also served the healthcare community as Associate Director of Learning Technology for Joint Commission Resources of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), served on the Board of Examiners for the Oklahoma Quality Award Foundation, managed government contracts for GE's Government Engineering & Management Services, and served the United States Army as a Finance Officer and Chief of Resource Management for the Army’s Training Technology Agency.  Dr. Payne received her PhD in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Administration from James Madison University.
