Vincent DiBiase brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Jones/NCTI, with proven success in customer growth along with revenue and margin expansion. DiBiase focuses on driving Jones/NCTI’s sales initiatives and developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners and professionals.
Vincent began his career as an entry level sales executive at MCI Telecommunications where he was quickly promoted into a leadership position. After spending 17 years building his career at MCI, he took on the challenge of making ICG Communications a CLEC, while competing head-on with the then monopoly telephone companies. Through his leadership in sales and marketing at ICG, the company grew from a $70 million dollar company to a company with revenues exceeding $750 million dollars.
Throughout his career, Vincent has consistently been recognized by senior management for outstanding results, ranking #1 or #2 each year for sales performance at MCI and outperforming the company’s largest growth revenue commitments four years in a row. Additionally, while at MCI, he received a total of five Chairman’s Inner Circle awards.
