Its services include broadband Bootcamp, general safety, customer services through troubleshooting, installer training, and Techsellence. Broadband Bootcamp is a package of training programs that include general safety, which trains in protecting the workforce; installer training that teaches technical theory and troubleshooting techniques to new installers in the field; and Techsellence, which trains in expanding sales organizations into customer's homes.
