Denver (April 05, 2006) -- Tom Brooksher, president and CEO of Jones/NCTI™, has assumed additional responsibilities and will now serve as group vice president of Jones International Academy™ (JIA).
"We've got great plans for Jones International Academy and I'm looking forward to working closely with JIA President Mark Wagner to help spark the growth both within Jones/NCTI and in our parent organization, Jones International Academy," said Brooksher. "These additional responsibilities give us more depth to pursue both organic opportunities and acquisitions."
"Tom brought a clear sense of mission when he joined us from NCTI," said Glenn R. Jones, founder and CEO of Jones International™, Ltd., the parent company of Jones/NCTI. "Our goal is improving workplace performance across the industry, and Tom and Mark are steering us there."
Jones International Academy acquired NCTI in December 2005. Together, the two now offer the industry's broadest and deepest array of corporate training and employee performance improvement solutions, from online learning and paper-based training courses to decision tools and professional services.

Through an agreement with the university, qualifying courses and certificates will be accepted into JIU's bachelor's degree programs.
