Jones International University announces availability of SkyDrive for students
DENVER, Colo., (April 3, 2012) — Jones International University®, Ltd. (JIU®) today announced the availability of SkyDrive service for students. SkyDrive is a Microsoft cloud service which enables JIU students to utilize web-based versions of Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at no additional charge.
Available through student accounts on the JIU website, students may access the cloud service through their “My Courses” page and by following the SkyDrive link. SkyDrive allows any student with internet service and a web browser to have access to Microsoft Office programs. Students may save their files in the SkyDrive system and then access them anytime, anywhere by logging back in to their SkyDrive account. Files, links, images may be shared with fellow students through SkyDrive and students also have the opportunity to collaborate on the same Microsoft Office file through this cloud service portal.

SkyDrive services are available for students beginning April 3, 2012. Instructions for use of the SkyDrive service have been emailed to students. Students may contact their Student Support Coordinator with any questions or concerns regarding the SkyDrive service.
