JRN's Lia Returns from Filming Toby Keith's New Movie: Beer for My Horses

Jones Radio Networks^®, Inc. (JRN), America's leading independent radio programming company is thrilled to announce that Lia, host of The Lia Show has just returned from Las Vegas, New Mexico, where she was filming Toby Keith's new movie Beer for my Horses.

Lia is scheduled to appear in a scene shot inside a church alongside Keith. Filming of the movie began this month and will run though March. The movie produced and written by Keith is described as an "action-adventure film that is also situationally funny" and co-stars country comedian/actor Rodney Carrington and is scheduled to feature rock legend Ted Nugent. Country music legends Willie Nelson, Mel Tillis and Mac Davis are also scheduled to make cameo appearances, as well as country music artist David Allen Coe.

Lia is known for her personal relationships and rapport with Country's biggest stars. She was named National Broadcast Personality of the Year in 2005 and 2007 by the Country Music Association and was a nominee for the National On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2007 by the Academy of Country Music. Lia has also been a recipient of several Gracie Allen Awards^® from the American Women in Radio and Television.
