Terry Erdle Joins Jones Knowledge as Senior Vice President

DENVER (Nov. 30, 2006) -Jones Knowledge®, Inc., a family of online education solution providers, announced today that Terry J. Erdle has been hired in the newly created position of Senior Vice President. Erdle will assist in overseeing the strategic direction and operation of all the Jones Knowledge companies, as well as Jones Cyber Solutions®, Ltd.

Erdle's purview will include serving as CEO of Jones Knowledge member companies Jones e-global library®, Inc., Jones e-education: Software Standard® (JESS®) and Jones Knowledge Integration Group™. He will be the president of Jones International Academy™, Inc. and Jones Cyber Solutions.

"He will be playing a pivotal role in the future of the Jones education and customer management concerns, and I have every confidence in his leadership and vision."

Prior to joining Jones, Erdle was with Sun Microsystems. He was the SVP of Global Services Sales & Managed Services Practice at the time of his departure. From 2002-2004, Erdle was SVP of Sun Education and Knowledge Services, where he provided worldwide senior leadership for Educational Services and Knowledge Services, which included 1,200 education, technology, information and business development professionals.

Preceding his tenure at Sun, Erdle was the Vice President of Worldwide Information Management for The Hibbert Group, an international marketing fulfillment company.

Erdle is on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Institute of Technology, a gubernatorial appointment; he is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Colorado Science and Technology Commission. Erdle earned his B.S. from Colorado State University and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from Oxford University.
