DENVER, Colo., (August
21, 2012) — Children
in the Denver-area will receive school supplies next week courtesy of the Stuff
for Students drive organized by Volunteers of America and 9NEWS. Jones International University®
(JIU®) partnered with these organizations and aided in the
collection effort between July 18th and August 20th. At the end of the month-long period, JIU
collected and delivered two van-loads full of supplies for the drive.

DENVER, Colo., (July
27, 2012) — Five
hundred Denver-area children will receive backpacks stuffed with school
supplies this weekend courtesy of The Potter’s House, Frazier Global Strategies
and Jones International University® (JIU®). The three organizations partnered to fund the
2012 Backpack Drive to provide school supplies to pre-kindergarten through high
school aged children in the Denver area.
Backpacks will be distributed to families who signed up to receive the
packs on Sunday, July 29 at The Potter’s House following the 9 a.m

SkyDrive service for students. SkyDrive
is a Microsoft cloud service which enables JIU students to utilize web-based

appointed as the University’s Chief Academic Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Dr.
Paulsen will be responsible for leading and managing the entire range of

instruction, assessment of student learning, service and compliance to ensure
teaching excellence and fulfillment of the University’s vision and mission.

DENVER, Colo., (January 6, 2012) – Jones International
University® (JIU®) congratulates Cheryl Rowles-Stokes on her recent appointment by
Governor John Hickenlooper as the new county court judge in the 18th
Judicial District. Rowles-Stokes is a
graduate of JIU and received her Masters of Business Administration from the
University before pursuing a J.D. from the Sturm College of Law at the
University of Denver.
